Being owners of several multi-family investment properties that we’ve renovated and currently manage, we know how we would want both our building and tenants to be treated by a management company. Our renovations are budget-friendly and functional, while also having an aesthetic that appeals to renters. We prioritize proactive maintenance so small problems don’t become larger, more expensive ones. We also know just how important selecting good tenants and providing a positive experience for them is for this business. We are completely transparent with our pricing, offering a flat rate with no added fees to nickel-and-dime our clients. Access to our client portal will give you real-time accounting information so there are no surprises.
Tenants
Whether you rent or own where you live, you should always feel at home. We emphasize quick and open communication with our tenants, and will treat you like a person and not just a rent check. Our tenant portal offers lease signing, payments, and maintenance requests all in one place.
